Good Morning Everyone! Before we get too far, I hope that whatever this title made you think of was entertaining! But its story time, here we go... I, your favorite blogger, and I have been up since 4:42 am Skidmore’s museum, the tang, started a new program this semester where you can rent art for the semester. So naturally I leaped at the opportunity to have a Picasso or Matisse in my room. When I went to tour the collection I fell in love with a Don Quixote by Salvador DalĂ and a couple of other pieces caught my eye. A couple of days later it was Sunday morning. I woke up at was is considered college crack of dawn and slipped and slid my way over to the Tang teaching museum  . I arrived to the laughs of other students sitting in a line outside the locked door. We all waited anxiously for  6am to come and be able to move inside and 40 minutes later we were invited in and given numbers. I was number 19. The next 3 hours were marked by my essay gaining length and the...

Today was the first day of classes and I am so excited for the rest of the semester. I am so happy to have some more structure back in my life as nice as break was I benefit from the structure. via GIPHY You may have noticed that the spring is in quotation marks and this is because spring does not typically start in Saratoga until late march or early may. On the 10 day forecast it looks like there will be 3 days of snow This semester I am taking Latin poetry, with a focus on satire Spanish, with a focus on work by Spanish American Authors Introduction to exercise science Greek art and Archeology  Uncertain Nature Are you Sure?  Today I had Exercise science and Greek art and archeology as well as Uncertain Nature.  All of them went well and I am excited to see what they all have coming up as all of them pulled my interest in ways I didn't expect. Welcome to 2020

I had many ideas and many different drafts for this post as it felt somehow more important than the others as it was the first of the decade. However I decide that that should not feel like the case. So instead you get more ramblings from me. Since my last post, I have spent time with a lot of time with friends from home and from camp and read so many books and caught up on a series of projects that I have been putting off/were unattainable to complete at school. Tomorrow I head back to school for the spring semester. I am going back a day or two early in order to help with the London FYE reorientation. My orientation was canceled because of a snow storm; however, the weather is looking good for this group! I will do a longer post soon but for now I need to do laundry and have a final lunch date with some friends from home. ME PS sorry this is so lame-I built it up to be so big that it felt unachievable.
