Busy as a bee

So as you know I am part of SGA and with that this past week and days. I have been quite the busy bee. I mostly finished a research project that I was working on, interviewed a Skidmore Alum from 1990. Also I was nominated to serve on the judiciary board. So on that front I am really happy but I am thrown off because Skidmore is going on a low-key shut down because of the storm. All activities after 3:30 were cancelled.
And walking to class was starting to feel like this....

Also someone compliment my work ethic so that felt good....

Other than that I am in a book club with a couple other Londoners. It is more of a reading challenge than anything else but we all decided to do it together.  I have also been a reading addict so if you have any recommendations

I am currently on book number 10!

I think that is all. Classes are going well. I have my first real paper of the semester due on Friday and other than that not much.

Now I should say goodbye so I can do some homework

  1. I'm glad they noticed your heart AND your work ethic.

Have you read The Rest of Us Just Live Here by Patrick Ness? That's really good. Also The Dreamers by Karen Thompson Walker. She wrote Age of Miracles. Loving it so far.

  2. Have you read Orphan Train? Or Finding Jake? Really liked them both, and easy reads.
