I hate Tuesdays

As you know, every Tuesday I have class until 7:15 pm, so I get back to the dorm and start cooking by 8pm. Today I finished dinner around 8:45 and started doing some work in my kitchen with a bunch of other people. It is now 9:20 and I am writing this while mentally prioritizing what is worth me doing tonight. I think just some reading.

However, for now I am going to do a recap of my day.
I got up and Heidi got back after I made breakfast and the plunger was not successful in fixing our toilet. I then left early so that I could go for a walk before class. It was a pleasant time, as I have started listening to BBC. There was a really interesting discussion of a woman's place in the modern Britain society.

Anyways, this morning I had my seminar, where we started discussing Great Expectations. One thing I love about this class is that even if the conversation has shifted in a new direction, she always remembers to go back to the people who wanted to say something. This is something I am not used to  from high school.

During our lunch break, Heidi and I ate quickly so that we could go buy a second plunger, we named this one Sheldon (maybe it is my lost brother reincarnate), since the first one was not effective. We tested Sheldon when we got back and it seemed to have helped but not particularly, so we are going to go to the front desk in the morning.

After our plunger quest, I walked around the park while briefly texting Bot. I also got some soft serve which was like eating a vanilla cloud.

Theater class was a bit of a drag today. We had one presentation on the show that we saw on Thursday and Libby and Maya did an incredible job but the rest of class felt like an unnecessary extension of the same materials.

Then we had a quick break before Understanding Britain. Today we spent 2 hours talking about all of the political parties. There are so many that I don't understand how the government functions at all. We also talked about the Royal family and how they are way more important to Muricans than those in the UK.

Heidi and I walked back together and had an interesting chat about arguing and how to talk to people that are in the wrong.

I think that is everything I want to share but I am tired and may be forgetting things.
