The one with 250 Sugar cookies and 36 vegan brownies

As some of you know I was one of the main organizers for a Hillel Fundraiser that ended on Friday. We were raising money for an organization called Save a Child's Heart ! Last year I got involved only with the baking but really found myself way more involved with Hillel after that. Almost all of the fundraising efforts I have been apart of have been for larger organizations like Dana Farber or the Jimmy fund  or even special olympics ! All three of these have a set up to support individuals who are trying to raise money and enough money to give out free t-shirts and other swag for raising a certain amount or to give to people who have donated. Save a Child's Heart is not one of those organizations which is a fun challenge for a novice but it has been a fun experience. I'm so thankful for all the support from the Taskforce and Co-leader and Martina. We had so many random balls thrown at us but we made them all work. Paint, Sip, and Eat chowder

This past weekend was a busy one, which is a little surprising for this part of the semester as most of the campus is hibernating. On Friday, we had a nice shabbat dinner. Since it is the start of the semester we have a lot of new faces attending, which is awesome-it has been fantastic to meet so many new people and hang out with some of the London Freshman at these meals. via GIPHY Then I went to a Paint-n-Sip night with a group of friends. This week we painted primarily in a gray scale with purple as an accent. It is a tree looking over a lake, which seems to be a common theme with this paint night leader. Saturday morning, I slept in and then made my way down town for chowder fest via GIPHY I don't actually like chowder but it was a nice to just walk around town with friends. Came back to campus and a bunch of us pretended to do homework all together. Sunday came around and I did homework and then had my regular Sunday afternoon of meetings and questionable product...
